Shanks Putwain holds a BA(Hons)Degree in commercial music and has been facilitating workshops for over 15 years. He is experienced in both the corporate and artistic field.
Shanks set up a fashion retail business which grew within 2 years, from a £500 investment to a chain of 5 clothes shops, and a wholesale operation with an annual turnover exceeding £1.2 million. He now facilitates workshops full-time.

Shanks has run workshops in schools, youth clubs, prisons, businesses, privately, health organisations and hospitals.
